But then September rolls around. The traffic gets a little lighter. Your favorite beach spot gets a little easier to find. Restaurant waits start getting shorter. And slowly but surely, Hilton Head starts feeling like your island again.

There's a New Bagel Shop in Town

Okay, maybe you've heard about us by now. But if you haven't made it in yet, allow us to introduce ourselves.

We're  nosh NY bagels , a locally owned and operated bagel shop serving authentic New York-style bagels, breakfast, lunch, coffee, bakery favorites, and catering right here on Hilton Head Island.

And no, we're not a franchise. We're Michael and Jen, two former software people who decided opening a bagel shop sounded like a perfectly reasonable career change.

We're still deciding if we were crazy. But we're pretty happy we did it.

Find Us at the Village at Wexford

Our  Hilton Head  location is tucked inside the Village at Wexford, one of the island's longtime destinations for locally owned restaurants, boutiques, services, and businesses.

If you haven't wandered through Wexford lately, fall is a great time to rediscover it. Come grab breakfast, browse the shops, meet a friend, or pick up lunch before heading out for the rest of your day.

And if you've driven past wondering where exactly we are, come find us in the South Village.

Yes, They're Real New York Bagels

We've learned something since opening on Hilton Head: people have opinions about bagels.

Especially New Yorkers.

Luckily, so do we.

Our authentic New York-style water bagels have that signature texture a proper bagel should have—a crusty exterior with a dense, chewy center.

If you grew up in New York or New Jersey and have spent years searching for a real bagel in the Lowcountry, we made nosh for you.

And if you're a born-and-raised Lowcountry local? Come see what all of us Northeastern transplants have been carrying on about.

We're Not Just Breakfast

This might be the biggest surprise for people who haven't visited us yet. Yes, we're a bagel shop. Yes, breakfast is a big deal around here.

But we also serve lunch every day.

Our menu includes deli sandwiches, hot sandwiches, wraps, kaiser rolls, homemade salads, gluten-free bread options, and plenty more. So if you've already found your favorite breakfast order, come back and meet us for lunch.

And We're Up Early

 Hilton Head  is an early-rising kind of place. Golfers have tee times. People are heading to work. Dogs need walking. Bikes are already on the paths. And some of us simply believe coffee should happen before most of the world wakes up.

We're here for you.

Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Stop in for a fresh bagel, breakfast sandwich, bakery treat, or coffee before your day gets going.

Catering for the Island, Too

Now that summer is winding down, the Hilton Head calendar doesn't exactly get quiet. Fall means weddings, golf outings, office meetings, community events, family gatherings, football weekends, and plenty of reasons to feed a crowd.

We offer breakfast and lunch catering seven days a week, from bagel spreads and coffee boxes to sandwich and wrap trays, fruit, desserts, and more.

Whether you're feeding your office or the whole family, let us take one thing off your plate. By putting a lot of things on it.

One of our favorite things about owning a local restaurant is becoming part of someone's routine. The usual breakfast before work. The Saturday morning bagel run. The coffee order we eventually know before you even say it. The sandwich you swear you're going to try something different from next time—but never do.

That's what we're excited to build here.
