Early Breakfast in Hilton Head & Bluffton | nosh NY bagels

"When people hear the name  nosh NY bagels , they naturally think of breakfast.

And we don't blame them.

Fresh New York-style water bagels, hot breakfast sandwiches, cream cheese spreads, and great coffee are what first bring many people through our doors.

But here's something we love seeing:

A customer walks in for breakfast one day… then comes back for lunch and says, ""I had no idea you had all of this!""

The truth is, we're much more than a bagel shop.

We're a breakfast and lunch destination, serving fresh, made-to-order meals every day.

Yes, We Have Lunch. And It's Worth Coming Back For.

Whether you're taking a break from work, grabbing lunch before heading to the beach, or picking up food for the whole office, we've got plenty of options that go far beyond breakfast.

Our lunch menu features:

Signature deli sandwiches

Fresh wraps

Hot sandwiches

Fresh made salads

Bakery favorites

Grab-and-go options

Catering for groups of all sizes

If you've only visited us before 10 a.m., consider this your invitation to come back around lunchtime.

Not in the Mood for a Bagel?

No problem.

One of the biggest surprises for first-time lunch guests is discovering that many of our sandwiches can be made on more than just a bagel.

Choose what fits your craving:

Fresh Wraps

Looking for something lighter or easier to take on the go?

Many of our sandwiches can be made as a wrap, making them perfect for lunch at the office, the beach, or on the boat.

Classic Kaiser Rolls

Sometimes only a classic deli sandwich will do.

Our kaiser rolls offer another delicious option, especially if you're craving that traditional New York deli experience.

Gluten-Free Bread

We believe everyone should be able to enjoy lunch together.

That's why we also offer gluten-free bread as an option for many of our sandwiches, making it easier for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions to enjoy their favorites.

Something for Every Appetite

Whether you're craving a hearty sandwich stacked high with premium meats or something a little lighter, there's a lunch with your name on it.

Some guest favorites include:

Fresh deli sandwiches

Flavor-packed wraps

Homemade chicken salad

Tuna salad

Egg salad

Grilled favorites

Fresh soups

Bakery treats to finish your meal

Whatever you choose, everything is made fresh to order.

Lunch That Travels Well

One of the best things about our menu?

It goes wherever your day takes you.

Picking up lunch for the office?

Heading to the beach?

Going out on the boat?

Packing for the golf course?

Meeting friends at the park?

Our wraps, sandwiches, soups, and bakery items are easy to take along, making lunch one less thing to think about.

Don't Forget Catering

Lunch isn't just for one or two people.

We also offer catering for:

Office lunches

Business meetings

Golf outings

Family gatherings

Beach house vacations

Teacher appreciation events

Team lunches

Birthday parties

Wedding weekends

From sandwich platters and wrap trays to bagels, coffee, and desserts, we'll help make feeding a crowd simple.

Breakfast Is Just the Beginning

We're proud of our authentic New York-style water bagels—they're what put us on the map.

But we hope you'll come back to discover everything else we have to offer.

Whether it's breakfast with the family, lunch with coworkers, or catering for your next event, there's always something fresh waiting for you at  nosh NY bagels .

So next time you're wondering what to do for lunch, remember…

We're more than bagels.

We're your neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot.

Eat Greedy."

"One of the compliments we hear most often at  nosh NY bagels  is:

""Wait... you're not a franchise?""

We usually smile and say, ""Nope. It's just us.""

Honestly, we take that as one of the biggest compliments we could receive.

If people think we're part of a big national brand, maybe it means we're doing something right.

But the truth is much simpler.

We're a locally owned, family-run business built from the ground up by two people who had absolutely no business opening a bagel shop...

At least on paper.

From Software to Sandwiches

Before nosh, our careers looked very different.

We spent years in the software industry.

Meetings.

Deadlines.

Product launches.

Computer screens.

It was a great career, but deep down, we wanted something different.

We wanted to build something that brought people together.

A place where families would start their mornings.

Where coworkers would meet over coffee.

Where regulars would walk through the door and be greeted by name.

We wanted to create a place that felt like home.

So we took a leap that many people probably thought was a little crazy.

We left our careers behind and opened a bagel shop.

Betting on Ourselves

Starting a restaurant isn't glamorous.

It's early mornings.

Long days.

Learning as you go.

Celebrating the wins.

Figuring out the setbacks.

And doing it all again tomorrow.

There were plenty of moments when we questioned ourselves.

But every smiling customer, every kind review, every family who made us part of their weekly routine reminded us why we started.

More Than a Business

When you visit nosh, you're not walking into a corporate chain.

You're supporting a small business that pours everything it has into creating a great experience.

You'll often find one of us in the restaurant.

Making sandwiches.

Checking on guests.

Restocking shelves.

Cleaning tables.

Talking with customers.

Sampling new menu ideas.

Or helping wherever we're needed that day.

Because that's what small business owners do.

Why Local Matters

Choosing a locally owned business means your dollars stay in the community.

They help create local jobs.

Support local families.

Sponsor school events.

Give back to nonprofits.

Partner with other local businesses.

And help build a stronger Lowcountry.

We're proud to be part of that.

Every bagel we serve, every sandwich we make, and every catering order we prepare is another opportunity to invest back into the place we now call home.

It's Still Surreal

Sometimes we'll look around the dining room and see families laughing together, kids enjoying their first bagel, friends catching up over coffee, or visitors discovering a taste of New York they didn't expect to find in the Lowcountry.

Those moments never get old.

It's exactly what we hoped nosh would become.

Not just a place to eat.

A place people genuinely enjoy being.

Thank You

Whether you've visited once or a hundred times, thank you.

Thank you for supporting local.

Thank you for supporting our dream.

Thank you for telling your friends about us, bringing your families in, leaving reviews, and making us part of your mornings and afternoons.

Every time you choose nosh, you're helping a small family business continue doing what it loves.

And for that, we'll never stop being grateful.

We'll keep showing up early.

We'll keep working hard.

We'll keep trying to make every visit just a little better than the last.

From our family to yours...

Thank you for being part of the nosh story.

Eat Greedy."

"If you're an early bird, you know the struggle.

You wake up hungry, ready to tackle the day… and half the town is still asleep.

Whether you're heading to work, teeing off at sunrise, launching the boat, getting the kids ready for camp, or simply trying to beat the crowds, finding a fresh breakfast early isn't always easy.

That's exactly why we're here.

At  nosh NY bagels , we open bright and early because we know your day starts long before everyone else's.

Our hours:

Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

For the Early Birds

Some people like to sleep in.

Others are already halfway through their morning before the sun has fully come up.

If you're one of them, we've got breakfast waiting.

Fresh bagels.

Breakfast sandwiches made to order.

Hot coffee.

Organic iced coffee.

Fresh bakery items.

No waiting for the rest of the island to wake up.

Fuel for the Workday

We see a lot of familiar faces every morning.

Construction crews grabbing breakfast before the job site.

Healthcare workers heading into long shifts.

Teachers fueling up before the school day.

Golf course staff.

Business owners.

Parents dropping kids off at camp.

Commuters heading toward Savannah or Beaufort.

If your mornings start early, we do too.

Beat the Beach Crowds

Vacationing on  Hilton Head ?

There's no better feeling than getting an early start.

Grab breakfast, pack a few sandwiches for lunch, and you'll be on the beach while everyone else is still searching for parking.

It's one of our favorite local tips.

Early Tee Time? We've Got You.

Golf and early mornings go hand in hand.

Whether you're meeting your foursome before sunrise or heading to the driving range, a hot breakfast and great coffee make the perfect start to the day.

Better yet, pick up lunch while you're here, and you're set for the rest of the day.

Coffee Worth Waking Up For

A great morning starts with great coffee.

We proudly serve coffee from Savannah Coffee Roasters, including our popular organic iced coffee that's smooth, refreshing, and perfect for warm Lowcountry mornings.

Whether you're grabbing one cup or a coffee box for the office, we've got your caffeine covered.

Start Your Day the Right Way

Just because it's early doesn't mean breakfast has to feel like another task on your to-do list.

Take a few minutes.

Enjoy a fresh bagel.

Catch up with a friend.

Say good morning to the team.

Or simply grab it to go and head out knowing you've started the day right.

We'll Be Here Before the Rest

While many restaurants are still turning on the lights, we're already slicing bagels, cracking fresh eggs, brewing coffee, and getting ready to welcome our first guests.

So whether you're an early riser by choice or because life demands it, remember:

Monday through Friday, we're ready for you at 6:00 a.m.

On Saturdays and Sundays, we'll have the coffee brewing and the bagels baking starting at 7:00 a.m.

We'll see you bright and early.

Eat Greedy."
